I need to take a couple of lessons to get back in the swing of things, before a spinal op last year I was a level 6/7 skier, now I don't know, nothing works the same as it did before!
I don't think I quite need to go down the adaptive route but I will need a couple of 121s with someone english speaking with some patience!
Has anyone got any suggestions both for the school and instructor? Many thanks x

I just had some private lessons in VDI with British Alpine Ski School - they operate in a number of reports, Val being one of them.
Can't praise them highly enough, I am a cautious intermediate and left feeling on top of the world.
If you Google them, and go to BASS Resorts, you can link through to the Val/Tignes specific page and there is an enquiry/contact button. I heard back from them on email really quickly.

Up there for thinking, down there for skiing...

I would highly recommend TDC in VDI or Tignes.
