Help from experts where to ski

Need help! What resort meets this criteria ? Can be in Colorado or Utah

1. Above all must have plenty of ski in ski out options, even for small kids. Can be a condo or resort hotel.
1a Must have good snow for end of march
2. Must be able to walk to town within a couple blocks
3. Great kids school, safe and close to our condo or hotel
4. Tubing
5. Indoor heated pool. Not a deal breaker
6. Ice skating. We don't mind riding shuttle.
7. Larger town lots of restaurants
8. On bus route to grocery etc
9. Shuttle from airport
10. Kid and family friendly area prefer no snow boarders but this may be unrealistic
11. Night skiing or tubing.  Not a deal breaker.

There is a certain place with three ski areas, but you already know that I'm sure.

Breckingridge, Vail, Beaver Creek and Aspen would give you what you want. Regular bus/taxi services from Denver to the first three resorts. Best bet for booking would probably to use one of the ski companies (Crystal, Thomson, Ski Independence) who will arrange everything for us (at a price!). Good luck Colin. PS Utah (Salt Lake city) can be a little 'staid', big mormon influence.
