I am looking recommendations on where to ski.
I have been to VDI, Tignes, Les Arc & Val Thorens and looking for somewhere different.
Requirements are -
A reasonable from Geneva. The only airport I can get to from my regional airport.
Snow sure. I don't want to be worried whether there I snow or nt.
Preferably ski to the door. Don't like messing around with buses or walking too far.
Preferably self catering.
All the above resorts meet these requirements, but want something different.
I am interested in a resort recommendation rather than specific accommodation.
Thanks

So, how much of the Tourist Accom is slopeside vs how much in the town?

I'm hugely biased. Come to Grimentz, it's not in France. Stay slopeside, avoid queues and resorts with loads of Tower blocks. No large Tour Operators go there.
I've skied in all the places in your post, they have mostly motorway piste skiing, but extensive off piste. I guess it depends on what you want to ski and how good you are on skis. If you want miles of intermediate slopes, St-Luc would be good, but you won't get the ski in/out.
