I must answer this question with the answer "My Last" as it means my knees have held out for another season 8)

The Pallavicini in Arapahoe Basin. Here is the link, and if you watch the video, it will explain why. I have to say I had double the amount of stops this guy had....

Red 7 Mayrhofen. Long and varied, a leg burner.
Red 14/blue 17 St Anton. Another really long run where you have to work the top and then open up the lower section. Stunning peaks at the top before you set off.
Les Rousses ADH, winds along the edge of a peak with some lovely views off the edge into the valley, some steeps to test you on the way down too.
Aiguilette Serre Chevalier. Brilliant fast parallel reds that really give some vertical through the trees, and when you've done one side you can take the lift back up and do the other one.
La Cucumelle Serre Chevalier. If you haven't skied it, you really should. Fast fast fast.
Red 17 St Moritz. Long and exciting, brilliant views up the top, just a really enjoyable cruise in a brilliant ski area.
Banchetta Sestriere. Olympic run, officially a red but really fast and steep in parts. Just skiing a run that you watch the experts doing on TV gives it an edge.

I have two quite different favourites, one is to start from the top of the Grande Motte in Tignes on a quiet day and blasting down the hill "as I like the speed" all the way down to VC. You can do it without stopping but the legs burn !!!
The other is the ski out @ sunshine village in Banff. It is not hugely challenging but if you start from the top of Goats eye or the top of the WaWa chair you can carry enough speed to take you the 8k's to the bottom.
If you time it right on a quiet day where the run is empty you can have quite a speedy run on a not so wide track with lots of bends and drop offs on the edge it can deliver a nice buzz.
Again, run from the top, all the way and the legs burn !!
