Which resort is the most snow sure at christmas in Europe??

Probably Zermatt because of the extensive glacier skiing.
I'd also suggest Hintertux, same reason.
Both will likely be a bit chilly. I was in Zermatt last December and saw still air temp of -24c at 2900m, and ski lifts go to 3883m.
The ultimate answer is anywhere that has good snow that week :D

Looking at going to Zermatt now, it looks really good just got to try and sort somewhere to stay now.

Only problem with Zermatt is the prices are going sky high due to the exchange rate with the Swiss franc

The OP is asking for the most snowsure resort at Christmas. Having skiied there a couple of days after Christmas, I find Stubai is a slightly surprising suggestion. I wonder what is the evidence?

I have spent the last 3 Christmas' in either Zermatt or Grindelwald and had great conditions each time. Christmas in Zermatt last year was about the best riding of the entire season.
