weekly trip to the snow dome just isnt cutting it for me. :cry:

:) I just booked a long weekend to Dusseldorf for the beginning of December. Take in the Christmas Markets and watch some of the Sprint Ski event they do alongside the river.
Hoping that will help the wait till Feb for my first booked Ski Hol to Kitzbuhel.

Not too bad here this summer. Guess I have chilled down from the mad ski till you drop fanatic to "I can happily wait till next season to ski" Being older now I should calm done anyway!!!!
We are most prob going to my partners small studio apartment in Megeve. Reckon he should sell it myself, and change location to a larger 2 bed chalet.....but, hey, pigs will fly!!! lol

its all the powder alarms that have dropped into my inbox over the past 2 weeks. got me watching webcams again LOL. just booked a week in tignes today as part of the winter road trip :) im not really helping myself here am i

I fail to see the point of summer anymore. Winter then Spring, over and over would suit me just fine :)

As just posted in the News section - sun spot activity is currently less than expected, and the sun may be about to enter a quiet period.
The well-known "Maunder Minimum" (when very few sun spots were observed) lasted 70 years and coincided with the "Little Ice Age".
Fancy a 70-year ski season??? :shock: :D :D :D
