Wickers, has Broadband not arrived in Norfolkland yet?
Were they using an old gun to fire the charge? IIRC resorts such as Jackson Hole used to use (and may still do so) a WW2 Howitzer to release their excess snow.
I have been in an avalanche rolling snow "cloud" like that in Les Arcs. It was interesting )

I'm paying for it but I'm not sure it has arrived yet, you know what it is like the tacky music starts and then the buffering I give it a couple of seconds and think can I live without watching this and the answer is usually yes.

I think now days they use sticks of dynamite, correct me if im wrong but my pyrotechnic lingo isn't the best.
