La Tzoumaz - Ski Resort in Four Valleys, Swiss Alps - 54km of Piste (1500m to 2350m)
Part of the famous Four Valleys ski area below the Mont Fort glacier. Slopes are north facing and the resort quieter than neighbouring Verbier.

La Tzoumaz
The Swiss ski resort of La Tzoumaz is part of the Four Valleys ski area with access to 412km of downhill skiing, with 205 individual pistes, served by 92 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in La Tzoumaz itself (54km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Four Valleys ski resorts of Bruson, Evolène, Nendaz, Siviez, Thyon les Collons, Verbier and Veysonnaz.
With skiing above 2000 metres, snow cover is generally reliable.
Snowmaking :- La Tzoumaz is able to augment natural snow, on 5km of ski runs, with 4 Snow Cannons.
Ski Lift Capacity :- The 9 Ski Lifts of La Tzoumaz are able to uplift 10,000 skiers / snowboarders per hour.
There are three Airports within two hours drive, so ski weekends, snowboard breaks and short ski holidays to La Tzoumaz are perfectly feasible. Sion Airport is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
