The largest winter sports area between Zurich and Chur, with good snow conditions the normality between December and April thanks to externsive snow making and its location in a snow trap area. Flumserberg's ski area can be easily reached from a number of villages below, including lakeside Unterterzen (426 M) which is linked by cable car. There's skiing for all standards with a modern lift network including four quad chairs.

The Swiss ski resort of Flumserberg has direct access to 22 individual pistes, served by 17 ski lifts.

With skiing above 2000 metres, snow cover is generally reliable.

Snowmaking :- Flumserberg is able to augment natural snow, on 9km of ski runs, with 35 Snow Cannons.

Ski Lift Capacity :- The 17 Ski Lifts of Flumserberg are able to uplift 21,125 skiers / snowboarders per hour.

There are three airports within two hours drive, so ski weekends, snowboard breaks and short ski holidays to Flumserberg are perfectly feasible. Friedrichshafen Airport is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
