Vallåsen is one of Sweden's most southerly ski areas and very close to Denmark. The capital Copenhagen is only 110km (68 miles) away. With its long slopes, generous skiing areas, two chairlifts and three draglifts, ski hire and related service. Vallåsen is located on the northern side of Halland Ridge, not far from the ridge’s highest point.

Just as soon as the weather turns cold, our snow cannons will begin producing snow. The facility has been open an average of 75 days for each of the last five seasons. We are generally open during the Christmas holidays, and the season normally stretches into March.
