Cut in to the forest at the top of the Kamnik Alps, Krvavec has been awarded the title of best organised ski centre in Slovenia. There's an option of staying on the mountain, but most take the easy drive from Kranj or Ljubljana.

Krvavec

The Slovenian ski resort of Krvavec is part of the Bohinj Ski Area with access to 92 individual pistes. In addition to the skiing in Krvavec itself (35km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Bohinj ski resorts of Bled, Kobla, Kranjska Gora, Soriska Planina, Stari Vrh and Vogel.

Snowmaking :- Krvavec is able to augment natural snow, on 2km of ski runs,.

Ski Lift Capacity :- The 10 Ski Lifts of Krvavec are able to uplift 13,700 skiers / snowboarders per hour.

There are three airports within two hours drive, so ski weekends, snowboard breaks and short ski holidays to Krvavec are perfectly feasible. Ljubljana Airport is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
