Access to the Gubalowka ski area is by funicular railway. Besides the ski runs there's a 750m metal slide, called a rynna, where you can descend in the summer on a special sledge at speeds of up to 40 kilometres per hour (25mph). The three lifts are all owned by separate busimnesses.
