The largest resort in the Bauges district of Savoie, where all 14 towns and villages are officially recognised as holiday resorts. It was establiashed as a ski centre in 1965 and has a current bed base of 3620. Les Aillons are in the heart of the Massif of Les Bauges Natural Park.

The ski resort itself is above 1500m, so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible.

Snowmaking :- Les Aillons is able to augment natural snow, on 15km of ski runs, with 3 Snow Cannons.

Ski Lift Capacity :- The 24 Ski Lifts of Les Aillons are able to uplift 17,122 skiers / snowboarders per hour.

There are five airports within two hours drive, so ski weekends, snowboard breaks and short ski holidays to Les Aillons are perfectly feasible.
