Nesselwangle's ski area is about half-a-mile out of the resort. Three of the five lifts, including the double chair, comprise the main ski area, which is predominantly made up of red rated runs cut through the trees, although there is limited terrain above the treeline at the top. Two separate T Bars serve a separate beginners area to the right of the main ski slopes. Night skiing is available and there's a 3.5km (two mile) toboggan run. The road to the ski slopes has been improved with a new underpass.
