This four star development is made up of single storey, mezzanine and duplex apartments spread between three buildings.Facilities within the residence include a heated indoor swimming pool, spa, steam-room and Jacuzzi and restaurant.

THE INVESTMENT

Montchavin Les Coches is offering the investor a leaseback agreement for an initial period of 11 years. Under this agreement the management company will guarantee 4% yield on your property.
