Would you like to enjoy a lovely "green" holiday, but be near the water? Spend your holiday in this cosy studio-apartment (approx. 27 m2) in the idyllic holiday resort Blankenrath in the Hunsrück hills. The holiday home is situated on garden level.
Blankenrath is only approx. 12 km of the town of Zell on the Mosel. You can walk and cycle here and enjoy a tasty meal or drink in one of the many restaurants or cafes. There is also a modern swimming pool in Zell, with indoors and outdoors pool, giant slide, solarium, sauna and sun beds. Other famous cities on the Mosel and historical wine towns like Trier (oldest city in Germany), Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach, Beilstein, Cochem and Koblenz are definitely worth a visit. These places are within easy reach from Blankenrath. The numerous citadels, castles and monasteries also invite a visit and are in the direct proximity of the holiday home, e.g. Burg Arras, Marienburg, and the Cochemer Reichsburg.
Discover the Mosel by boat or during a beautiful cycling trip or walk. The numerous walking and cycling paths also give you the opportunity to discover the nearby Eifel and Hunsrück. In the Eifel there are a few attraction- and safari parks and you could also go and admire the imposing volcanic lakes in the Volcanic Eifel.
In short, more than enough possibilities to enjoy a great holiday in the Hunsruck !
