Extreme Skier Ted Davenport undaunted by accident

Following a BASE jumping accident in which he smashed into a 400m cliff in France, Ted Davenport is looking forward to the New Zealand Free Skiing Championships - with only the minor hurdle of a few broken bones to mend.

“It was super amazing. All I broke was my foot. That’s it. I’m pretty lucky,”

As reported by Stuff NZ, Davenport was making a BASE jump at Magland, France when the accident happened. Recovering at his home in Aspen, Colorado Davenport is hoping to be back hucking cliffs by August.
