British Skiers ready for the 2006 Season

With the Turin Winter Olympics just three months away now, and the World Cup Tour getting under way at the end of this month, the British Ski Teams look full of potential.
As reported by BBC Sport, head alpine coach Christian Schwaiger says British Skiing is in great form.
“I think the level of skiing at the moment is very high.
“A lot of the skiers are confident and there is competition for places which is also good.”
Downhiller Finlay Mickel recorded three top 20 results in World Cup races last season and finished 11th in the World Ski Championships in Bormio.
He is looking to break into the world’s top 10 this season.
