Saas-Fee Ride 06 just a few weeks away
This summer will once again see many of Europe’s top freeskiers compete in the Allalin Snow Park on the Saas-Fee glacier in Switzerland in the Saas-Fee Ride 06, presented by Peak Performance. Last years event was seen across the globe with a 24 minute TV programme that showed just how good summer glacier skiing can be. Watch it now by clicking the TV screen on the homepage of www.saasfeeride.com.
This year’s event is growing further with big developments in the size of the Half Pipe and Big Air kicker. The event will be filmed in the new High Definition format for Television then distributed across the globe by Quattro Media. The TV programme and news highlights will also be available for the first time in Podcast and 3GP phone format for people to download from the website.
On the day you can expect to see International team riders, DJ’s spinning tunes in the Allalin Park, Ski Testing and loads of prizes for competitors and spectators. Check out the latest event schedule at www.saasfeeride.com by clicking on ‘Events’.
Saas-Fee is the perfect location for the comp due to the north facing glacier, which keeps the snow in great condition and the safety standards high.
