These value-for-money mountain apartments are perfectly set in the Sierra Nevada ski resort, near Granada.

The apartments are located in several building located in the upper area of the ski resort. They are never more than 600 metres from the first or second stop of the ski lifts.Each apartment at the Habitat Economy complex is modern and comfortable, with a practical kitchenette, including a refrigerator.

Head out from the elegant apartment into the picturesque surroundings of the Sierra Nevada. Here you can enjoy skiing and hiking, among other activities.You can prepare a packed lunch in your apartment’s kitchen, allowing you to spend a whole day outdoors.

After a day on the slopes, return to the Habitat Economy for a relaxing evening in your heated apartment. Cook dinner, which you can enjoy in front of the TV.

Key Collection:

Please note that all key collection takes place at:Habitat Sierra Nevada, Galeria Comercial Hotel Melia Sol y Nieve, Local 7, Plaza de Prado Llano.

This takes place between 17:30 and 20:00. Before travelling, all guests should notify the property of their anticipated time of arrival by calling the number which appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site before 20:00 CET.Guests who can only check in outside of office opening hours must do so at the Hotel Montesol Arttyco (in the Acongra building). This is subject to an additional surcharge of EUR 15 between 20:00 and 00:00, and EUR 25 after 00:00.

Deposit:A breakage deposit of EUR 250 per apartment is retained by the property (via credit card) for the length of the stay. This will be refunded 3 days after the end of stay, according to the condition of the apartment. Any damage or imperfection found in the apartment from before the start of stay must be notified during the first 24 hours of the stay.

Towel Service:Please be aware that towels are not provided in apartments as part of the rates. This service is available for a surcharge.
