The traditional Pension Lectar is situated in the quiet and small Alpine resort Radovljica, only 5 km from the enchanting Lake Bled, surrounded by mountains. The guesthouse offers comfortable rooms, mostly with balconies overlooking the Alps. The rooms are named and equipped after past tradesmen from Radovljica. Pension Lectar is situated in the Mediaeval part of the town, 50 metres from the Train Station and 200 metres from the bus station. You can park your car before you enter the old town. The property itself is over 500 years old, housing a typical Slovene restaurant, where you will be served home-made traditional dishes, and a live museum - The Living Ginger Bread Workshop. It represents an important part of the local heritage and culture. Activities of the region include skiing, playing golf on one of the most beautiful playgrounds in central Europe, driving the chariot or the steam train, unforgettable tours by plane, and many others. For those who are interested in culture, there are several museums and other sights worth visiting.
