A beautifully maintained victorian villa which is close to the town centre and the railway station. Less than 10 minutes from Prestwick Airport. Ideal base for golfing parties with the vast variety of South Ayrshire's fine courses on our doorstep. Golf packages can be arranged and be upgraded to include transport, with airport transfers and/or packed lunches. Turas-Mara is totally Non-Smoking and has recently been tastefully refurbished. All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities with showers, tv with digital freeview, complimentary hospitality tray and many other extras to help you enjoy your stay. WiFi internet access is available. There is private parking at the rear. At the front there is a well tended garden which is overlooked by our dining room. For early departures a takeway picnic breakfast is available. A light supper menu is available until 21:00. It is a 5 minute walk from Ayr railway station and the town centre with its vast variety of amenities. Also within walking distance are Ayr Racecourse, Gaiety Theatre, seafront and the Scottish Bowling Centre. Turas-Mara is only 10 minutes by road from Burns Cottage, Burns Heritage Centre, Brig o'Doon and Alloway Auld Kirk.
