Surrounded by Umbrian olive groves, La Tenuta is a 19th century country house in Castel Ritaldi, near Trevi. The estate offers rustic self-catering apartments, and an outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Apartments at the family-run Tenuta Dei Ricordi have exposed chestnut beams, terracotta floors, and simple wooden furniture. Each apartment offers countryside views and comes with a kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Breakfast is served to each apartment, and includes coffee and homemade cakes. The pool has a wide sun terrace with loungers, chairs and tables. The 6-hectare grounds offer a bowling green and children's playground. Bicycles are available free of charge. Castel Ritaldi village has several shops, and the Tenuta itself sells olive oil, wine, salami and cheese. For evening meals, there is a restaurant located 800 metres from the estate. The Tenuta Dei Ricordi is 12 km north of Spoleto, and a 1-hour drive from Perugia.
