The Giardino Degli Ulivi is a family-managed olive-oil farm surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is 2 km from Margherita di Savoia, a spa town with Europe's largest sea-salt works. The property includes a sports centre complete with 5-a-side football fields, a large swimming pool and a children's pool. The main building houses the reception, the restaurant and most of the guest rooms. Each room at the Giardino is decorated in bright colours and has wooden furniture. All rooms offer a patio or balcony, air conditioning, and a kitchenette. The restaurant serves traditional Puglia cuisine at dinner, and house specialities include orecchiette pasta with turnip tops. Breakfast is a varied buffet. Giardino Degli Ulivi offers free parking. The area around the farm is a haven for ornithologists, being rich in numerous species of birds including pink flamingos.
