The hotel is beautifully situated between the Metternich castle ruins and the Carmelite monastery, in the heritage town of Beilstein, known locally as the Sleeping Beauty of the Moselle. The restaurant is called the Alte Stadtmauer, and seats up to 60 guests. It offers delicious meals and regional specialities. Linger on the vine-covered terrace, and feast your eyes on the Moselle River. The historic wine cellar is a particular treat. The Metternich'schen Zehnthaus is a vaulted cellar dating back to 1577, where up to 130 guests can enjoy some of the best wines produced in and around Beilstein.
