Hotel Post is proud to be the oldest hotel in Grainau and although centrally located in the heart of the town, enjoys a quiet location with beautiful views of meadows and mountains. This family-run, cosy and traditional hotel has been characterised by individual and dedicated service for more than 100 years. It is in walking distance of the train station but can also guarantee guests a parking space. We are a family-friendly and bike-friendly hotel, and our host will be happy to help with all queries, from information on cycling routes to organising a grill evening or a Raclette evening.

Presently run by the fourth generation of the Seufferth family, this welcoming hotel has maintained its original charm and structure. Our sunny outdoor terrace offers unobstructed views of the mountains and is a very peaceful spot. We are a certified bed and bike hotel which means we are fully equipped with cleaning and maintenance tools and plenty of bike storage space in a locked garage. We also have bikes for hire and offer guided tours with former National-Teamrider and host Ander Seufferth. Garages for cars can also be rented.
