The Summit Lodge is a traditional Vermont Inn, which provides both a friendly welcome and an extensive range of guest facilities � and yes it does have two big friendly St Bernard dogs! It has a nice quiet, secluded position set back from the main Killington Road about two miles from the lifts at the main Snowshed Base.

There�s a hotel shuttle and the free regular resort shuttle stops just outside. The hotel offers a large jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool, plus there�s an excellent bar which serves great beer, and Maxwell�s restaurant where Ski Independence guests receive 10% off food. The fabulous Grist Mill Restaurant is also just at the end of the road.
