It is the same distance to the nearest lift which means you can look like a real eager beaver up on the slopes first thing in the morning with minimum effort. Just roll out of bed, pop on your boots, zip down the road and be whisked up the mountain before most people have left their front doors! Located on the lower ground floor of Haus Pia, the chalet is perfectly situated only a 5-minute walk to the resort centre and its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. A mere 100 metres from the Nasserein Gondola, the Reselehof is one of Nasserein’s oldest buildings dating back to 1490. Originally built by a wealthy mining entrepreneur from Schwaz, in 1525 it passed into the hands of a local man, Georg Weiskopf, who allegedly made his fortune as a mercenary. It remained in the Weiskopf family for around 300 years, during which time it evolved from a family home into a guesthouse. Due to its location right on the main route through the Arlberg it would have attracted a lot of passing custom until 1824, when the road was rebuilt, bypassing Nasserein completely. However, with the rapid rise of tourism in the 20th century, and the building of the Nasserein Gondola in particular, the hotel is enjoying a renaissance. The current owner, Marie, bought the hotel two years ago and has already lavished a lot of care and attention on her new baby. Further refurbishments over the summer will undoubtedly make this chalet a must for skiers who want modern comfort combined with traditional character. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV and have ensuite shower/wc/basin and hairdryer. Chalet staff live in.

Seeberger is superbly situated in the heart of town on the pedestrian street so you are best placed to enjoy all of St Anton's legendary après-ski, and yet only a short stroll from the lifts. In St. Anton it is often difficult to find a chalet that is both close to the lifts yet also close to the resort centre, usually the trade off for lift proximity is distance from town – not the case here! It is absolutely ideal for those who want to be close to the action and detest taking buses or taxis anywhere since everything is on your doorstep and it is just a short walk 400m or so from the main lifts and slopes.

Julie's Haus has proved to be a very popular chalet over the previous four seasons, attracting many returning guests. Situated in a tranquil and pretty location and built by the owner Benni about seven years ago, he put a lot of thought into the design. The chalet offers a lovely standard of accommodation throughout and is very spacious. All of the roomy comfortable bedrooms are en-suite and benefit from hairdryers and televisions, most also have balconies. There is a large bright, open plan living/dining room and a big bonus is the open fireplace with cosy sitting area around. The chalet also boasts a large relaxation area with sauna, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

In addition to our Levett chalets, we are delighted to be able to offer this spacious apartment on a self-catered basis for the winter ski season. The apartment is located on the first floor of Haus Levett and is entirely self-contained. It shares the ground floor ski and boot room and sauna with chalet guests. The house is only 2 minutes from the Nasserein Gondola and equipment hire shop, and within easy walking distance (approx. 7 minutes) of the local Spar supermarket. There is ample parking outside the chalet.
