New apartment house Zum Waldhüs, built in 2006, in the district of Eistje-Oberhäusern, in the woods, south facing position. In the house: ski storage. 150 m steep footpath to the house. Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, railway station Gornergrat 1 km, underground station Sunnegga 200 m.

1-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor, south facing position: living/sleeping room with 2 wall-trunk beds, cable-TV and radio, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Bath/WC. Small terrace, south facing position. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: modem connection. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Large terrace for shared use. An easier route to the property Zum Waldhues is by lift from the Sunnegga-Station to Riedweg, which is only open during the day.
