New, nice apartment house Salvan, built in 2006, in the district of le petit village. In the house: ski storage. Motor access to the house. Grocers 400 m, restaurant 350 m, ski bus stop 450 m, railway station Gornergrat 600 m, underground station Sunegga 450 m.

2-room apartment 66 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position, comfortable and stylish furnishings: living room with 1 double sofa bed and cable-TV, exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position. Small terrace, north facing position. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: modem connection. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. With nice view of the Matterhorn.
