Chalet le Mazot - Description
Vercorin lies 12 km. South of Sion, it is an idyllic mountain village with only 500 inhabitants. It lies in a wonderful valley in where there are many walking possibilities. For the lovers there are also mountain bike trips and options for mountain climbing. Excursions can be made to Sion, here you will find a friendly centre with shops and restaurants and two castles. In these surroundings you will also find many winery. The Swiss wine is knows as a very good wine, this wine is not being exported so in case you want to taste it, you need to do that in Switzerland. For Lausanne and Montreux you need to travel a little further but these cities are certainly worth visiting. Chalet Liebesnest is peacefully situated at 1,3 km. from the centre of Vercorin. You will occupy the chalet by yourself, the living section lies on the 1st floor. The surface is 35 m², the interior is simple. You have access to a small balcony with garden furniture.
