Shop, restaurant, bus stop 150 m. Sports centre 1 km, skisport facilities 650 m. 1 garage space per apartment (height 1.90 m). Swimming pool (19 x 18 m) opening times: mid-December to end April and Mid-June to End August, with saunas (male and female) and fitness room.

Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC. Oil heating. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains. Garage space n 258. The bunk beds in the living room are collapsable when not used.
