Shop 500 m, supermarket, bus stop 300 m, sports centre 500 m, mountain lift 600 m, cross-country ski trail 200 m. Skibus-Stop 150 m from the proprety. Ski and skiboots storage by the ski lift station.

Upper floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, cable-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD, exit to the balcony south facing position. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave), exit to the balcony south facing position. Shower/WC. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.
