Private: garden 80 m2 with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Individual garage. Grocers 3.5 km, restaurant, café, ski bus stop, bus stop 300 m, thermal baths 4 km, ski runs 4 km, ski school 3.5 km, cross-country ski trail 3.5 km. Please note: car essential. Free of charge ski bus.

On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Top floor: electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, cot. 2. lower ground floor: 1 room with double bed (160 cm). Shower/WC.
