Nice chalet Les Erables, 2 storeys, renovated in 2004. In the district of Morthey 800 m from the centre of d'Ovronnaz, in a central, sunny position, south-west facing position. Private: well-kept garden lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly (extra). Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking (for 3 cars) by the house at 20 m public parking 50 m. Grocers, restaurant, internet café, bus stop 100 m, thermal baths 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, ski runs 2 km, rent a ski 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, children's ski school 1 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 pull-out beds (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only.
