Nice, cosy, very comfortable chalet Le Six des Armailles, built in 1995, renovated in 2003, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Ovronnaz, in a quiet, south-facing position, 3 km from the ski-run, on a side street, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: grounds 500 m2, garden lawn, table tennis. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking at 25 m. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 500 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station Martigny ou Sion 30 km, thermal baths 2 km, tennis 3 km, ski school 2 km, cross-country ski trail 3 m. Please note: car essential.

4-room chalet 126 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor: entrance hall. Living room 30 m2 with panoramic window, with swedish stove, cable-TV, radio and stereo unit, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with bar, dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: games room. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 11 m2, with 2 beds (90 cm), radio, exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2, with 2 beds (90 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 room 10 m2, with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2. Lawn. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking. Please note: only small pets accepted.
