Apartment house La Résidence, 4 storeys, built in 1968, renovated in 2007, in the district of de Bellevue 2 km from the centre of d'Ovronnaz, in a south-facing position, on a side street, south-east facing position. In the house: ski storage, central heating, laundry, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces). Grocers, restaurant 450 m, ski bus stop 300 m, thermal baths 450 m, ski runs 2.3 km, cross-country ski trail 2.3 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Baby equipment on request (extra).

1-room apartment 25 m2, south-east facing position, partly renovated in 2006, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 sofa bed (140 cm), dining table, cable-TV, stereo unit and DVD, exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Shower/WC. Balcony 7 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Reserved parking, fenced.
