Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m (via unmade road). In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house, in winter 100 m in the grounds. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bakers 3 km, café 1 km, bus stop 1 km, thermal baths 4 km. "La Paisible", 5-room semi-detached house 135 m2 on 3 levels, spacious, comfortable and nice furnishings: large living/dining room with swedish stove, satellite-TV, flat screen TV, CD-player and stereo unit. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), video. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), DVD. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), DVD. Large terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's highchair, cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: non-smokers only. Sheltered covered terrace. I-pod player. Nintendo. Gamecube. Various board games. It is possible to eat outside at sunrise and sunset. Wood available.
