In the house: washing machine, drying room. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop 3.8 km, restaurant, ski bus stop 700 m, bus stop 300 m. Thermal baths 4.5 km, tennis 2.7 km, ski runs 4.5 km, ski school, ski-kindergarten 3.8 km. Please note: car essential.

Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking (3 cars) by the house. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.
