New, small apartment house LE CARVING, 3 storeys, built in 2004, in the district of centre thermal, 1.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, south-facing position, on a side street, south facing position. In the house: lift, ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Covered parking (limited number of spaces). Grocers 500 m, restaurant 200 m, ski bus stop, bus stop, thermal baths 150 m, ski runs 1.5 km, ski school 1.2 km, cross-country ski trail 1.8 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Baby equipment on request (included). Access from garage is via a ramp (heated in winter, slope of 26%.).

2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor, south-west facing position, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window, with 1 double sofa bed (140 cm), open fireplace, cable-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), radio, exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower, sep. WC. Balcony 36 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking, covered. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only 1 dog accepted.
