Private: well-kept garden. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating, washing machine. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. Individual garage. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 700 m, ski bus stop 800 m, thermal baths 700 m, ski runs 2 km, ski school 1.8 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km. Please note: car essential. Free of charge ski bus. Large living/dining room with open fireplace, cable-TV, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD, exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave), exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Top floor: gallery with 1 bed (90 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6), box-room. Very nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, cot for up to 5 year olds, hair dryer. Please note: Non smokers only.
