"Chloé", 4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position, comfortable and modern furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with panoramic window with swedish stove, dining table, cable-TV, flat screen TV, stereo unit and DVD. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Only small pets accepted. Fire extinguisher. - Very little sun in Winter.
