Small, modern, cosy apartment house ARDEVINE, 3 storeys, built in 2006, in the district of PONT DE PIERRE, 1.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, south-facing position, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: lift, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Grocers 300 m, ski bus stop 400 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m, tennis 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.8 km, ski school 1 km, ski-kindergarten 1.2 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km.

ARDEVINE NO 6, 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 36 m2 with panoramic window, with dining table, TV, radio and DVD, exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 13 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking, covered, garage space n 6. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.
