Les Rairettes: very nice chalet Sebas, 3 storeys, built in 2006, outside the resort, 800 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn, garden furniture. In the house: sauna. Ski storage. Uneven, steep motor access (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, bus stop 800 m. Cable cabin 800 m.

5-room chalet 180 m2 on 3 levels, comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window, with open fireplace, satellite-TV, CD-player and DVD, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Bath/shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position and west facing position. Large terrace, north facing position and, east facing position. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, cot. Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: apartment for non-smokers. TV only nl, de. Road very steep, in winter 4x4 advised.
