4-room apartment 120 m2 on 2nd floor, spacious, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and cable-TV (flat screen TV), CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 double bed, bath/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony, north facing position and, east facing position. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Garage. Please note: non-smokers only.
