5-room chalet 140 m2 on 2 levels, tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open fireplace, cable-TV, video, stereo unit and DVD, exit to the balcony. Large gallery. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). On the lower ground floor: 1 small room with 1 bed (120 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. Shower, sep. WC. Balcony. Large terrace 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, modem connection, iron. Reserved parking (2 cars), garage (2 cars). Please note: apartment for non-smokers.
