Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position. Large terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Reserved parking. Steambath in the shower. Ground-floor with sauna (extra chf 200/week).
