La Tzoumaz: Modern, cosy, comfortable chalet "Vespertilio", 3 storeys, built in 2008. Outside the resort, 1.9 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, north facing position. Lawn. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house (30 m via unmade road). In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house. Supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bakers 1.9 km, rent a bike 1.7 km, bus stop "1400", railway station "Riddes" 13 km, indoor swimming pool 1.4 km, thermal baths 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, tennis 2.5 km, chair lift 450 m, cable cabin 1.4 km, ski runs 30 m, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 1.4 km, ski-kindergarten 1.4 km, toboggan-run 400 m, ice rink 1.4 km. Living/dining room with open fireplace, cable-TV, flat screen TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace, west facing position. Shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Bath/WC. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Please note: non-smoking house.
