Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage. Motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m (300 m via unmade road). In winter snow chains necessary. Stepped path (65 steps) to the house. Public parking 50 m. Grocers 1.2 km, restaurant, bakers, internet café 800 m, rent a bike 900 m, railway station "Riddes" 13 km, indoor swimming pool 800 m, thermal baths "Les Bains de Saillon" 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, tennis 1.6 km, chair lift, cable cabin, ski runs 800 m, rent a ski 900 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, ski-kindergarten, toboggan-run 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 4 Vallées. Please note: free of charge ski bus.

Living/dining room with open fireplace, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace, north facing position. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Nice view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only EN.
