Motor access to 20 m from the house (20 m via unmade road, in winter snow chains necessary). (31 steps). Parking by the house at 20 m. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), exit to the balcony, north facing position. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Floor heating. Terrace, north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Please note: Non smokers only.
